His upbringing was steeped in the values of faith and family, with his father serving as his greatest role model and spiritual guide. These early influences shaped William's life, instilling in him that his belief in a higher power was unwavering, and he lived his life with the assurance that he was part of a greater plan. In his passing, we find comfort in the knowledge that he is now at peace, embraced by the eternal love of God.

In his later years, William found companionship with his significant other April Wood, and her sons, Whalen, Glenn, Danny, Billy along with two grandchildren, Trace and Wynonah who affectionately called him "Grampa Bill," also mourn his loss.
Throughout his life, William lived in various places in Massachusetts, including Quincy, Dorchester, North Attleboro, Blackstone, and Marthaβs Vineyard, before spending his final years in Statesville, North Carolina. He graduated from Archbishop Williams High School in 1983 and pursued his passion for culinary arts, earning a degree from Quincy Junior College.
William's career was marked by his entrepreneurial spirit as a business owner and his dedication as a trucking owner and operator. However, his deepest passion was cooking, a love he shared with all who knew him. Cooking was not just a profession for him; it was a way to express love and bring people together. His meals reflected his generous spirit, always prepared with care, and shared with joy.
Known for his selflessness, William was always ready to help others, especially his family, whom he supported unconditionally. His presence was a constant source of comfort, respect, and strength.
