Vincent Whittaker of Dorchester died suddenly on May 19, 2022. He was 64 years old.

Beloved husband of Verona Whittaker of Dorchester. Loving son of Monica Whittaker. Devoted father of Brian Whittaker. Brother of Cecil Llewllyn, Clive Whittaker, Icilda Whittaker, Mervis Whittaker, Icilda Whittaker, Doreen Whittaker, Icylyn Whittaker and Opal Whittaker. Vincent is also lovingly survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and many dear friends and loved ones. He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure to have known and loved him.

Vincent was born and raised in St. Ann, Jamaica, migrated to the United States in 1980. He worked for AMB Industries, building Maintenance. Vincent was very handy around the house, he could just about fix anything that needed fixing. He enjoyed driving, everywhere and anywhere he never passed up the opportunity to go on a drive long or short. Vincent had a passion for fishing and was known to be a kind and generous man with a big heart. Most of all he adored his family who were the cornerstone of his life.

Visiting hours on Friday June 3, 2022 1-3PM in The Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington Street, Dorchester Lower Mills. Funeral Service at 3 PM in the funeral home.

Vincent will be buried at a later date in Jamaica.
