Until we meet again my Uncle! Thank you for allowing me to spend so much of my youth with you and the family. You were always so good to me and my family, and it was always so appreciated, even if it wasn't always articulated—somehow I think you knew. You were the 'larger-than-life' father, husband, protector and Uncle. I will sorely miss you. Godspeed, Uncle Bob. Jeff

Although we were cousins, we were a few years apart and Robert had moved from home and on with life by the time I got around to doing things. HOWEVER, a few years ago I reached out to Robert and Shirley when I wanted to finally visit Boston and they went above and beyond to make sure I saw as many sites as possible. They saw to it that each moment was filled and when it was time for me to return home, I walked away with so many fond memories and a desire to tell family members how much they had done and with a sincere desire to return the favor if allowed and they were anywhere near where I was. I must not leave out Keysha who was upset that she could not join the fun due to work. I realize this post is wordy but I do want to close by saying, I know there are roads in life God NEVER meant for us to travel alone. That's why he gave us family and friends. I am here if there is something I can do. Sincerely, Harriette McCullers Brinkley
