As a regular at the 6AM Mass. at St. Anthony's, I always appreciated the enthusiasm and beautiful words that Fr. Salim offered. I'll have to admit that I always didn't understand everything he said, but his love of God and care for others, always came through. He had no need for a microphone as his voice would fill the Church. Even though I never met him - other than to receive Holy Communion, I am very saddened by his sudden loss. My prayers go out to his family and fellow friars. The word enthusiasm has it's derivation as one who is with God and I'm grateful that Father shared that with us.
