OLIVEIRA – Quintino L., age 98 of Quincy formerly of San Nicolau, Cape Verde, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 17, 2025, surrounded by family.

He loved to garden and plant crops. He loved playing the card game bisca with friends.

Beloved husband of the late Maria (Soares) Oliveira. Devoted father of Elidio Oliveira and his wife Fernanda of Holland, Lucinda Oliveira of Cape Verde, Fernanda Oliveira Barbosa and her husband Rolando of Quincy, Graciano Oliveira of Quincy, Maria Antonia Oliveira of Stratford, CT, Teresa Oliveira of Quincy, Angelina Oliveira of Cape Verde, Crisanto Oliveira and his wife Estregilda of Cape Verde, Joaquim Oliveira and his wife Marguerida of Brockton and the late Gabriel Oliveira.

Loving brother of Manuel (Lela) Oliveira, João Oliveira, Joana Oliveira, Ana Oliveira and the late Carlota Oliveira, Maria (Bia) Oliveira, Luzía Oliveira and Maria do Ramo (Ramin) Oliveira.

Cherished grandfather of 19 and adoring great-grandfather of 12. Also survived by many caring extended family and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, January 25th at Divine Mercy Parish - St. Mary Church, 115 Crescent Street, QUINCY at 10:00 am. Interment Pine Hill Cemetery, QUINCY. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Visiting hours Friday, January 24th at Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Avenue, EAST MILTON SQUARE from 4:00 – 8:00 pm.
