Pierre Armel Napoléon was born on November 21, 1942, in N. Dupont, Petion-Ville. Haiti. He died on May 8, 2026, in Brockton, MA.

He was the son of Merenthier Napoleon and Lorine (Ganthier) Napoleon.

His primary education was at Ecole Saint Joseph, in Petion-Ville, Haiti and his secondary education was at the Lycée Alexandre of Petion-Ville, Haiti. His precollegiate education was at Lycee de Petion-Ville, Haiti.

He graduated for the Institut Supérieur Technique in Haiti with a degree in engineering.

He taught in Haiti as a Professor of Mathematics and later in the United States at Tufts University in Medford, MA.

Pierre was the husband of the late Mariette Napoleon, father of Pierre Harmel Napoleon, and Jerry Napoleon. Grandfather of Jaivan E. Napoleon and Dory Napoleon. Brother of Frantz Napoleon. He was the Uncle of Kerlie Napoleon-Saintard and Galy Napoleon.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, May 16, 2026, in St. Gregory Church, 2215 Dorchester Avenue, Dorchester at 10 o'clock.
