Paul J. Bizak, of Braintree and Fort Meyers, Florida, died Thursday March 9, 2023.

Paul was raised in South Boston and then Milton. He was the beloved husband of Dorothy Leon-Bizak. Son of the late Paul and Lois Bizak of Milton. Brother of Susan Shea & her husband John of Milton, Bob Bizak & his wife Ann Marie of Cataumet, and Lois Dennis & her husband Sean of Rockland. He also leaves behind his sister-in-law Dianne Leon of Sydney, Australia. Paul was the cherished Uncle of Colleen McGovern & her husband Timothy, John Shea & his wife Mary, Audrey Bizak & her fiancé Dragon Che of Milton, Rebecca Rayner-Elphick & her husband Jon of Sydney, Australia, Darlene Leon of Winchester and Paula McKenzie & her husband Gregg of Manchester, NH. He also leaves behind his great nieces and nephews, Willa & Elin Shea and Abigail & Conor McGovern of Milton, and Edward Elphick of Sydney, Australia, who will miss him dearly, as well as countless friends.

Paul was a lifelong Boston sports fan and enjoyed umpiring baseball games for many years. Rarely a weekend passed where he was not at Boston College or the Boston Garden taking in a game. He also hosted legendary Super Bowl parties. Paul never missed any of his nieces or nephew’s big games or events. Paul loved to golf, especially at his favorite Milton Hoosic Club. Paul was a longtime employee of the Canton Post Office.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Agatha Church, 432 Adams Street, Milton, Thursday March 16 at 10:30 am. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours at Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Avenue, EAST MILTON SQUARE, Wednesday 4-7 PM. Interment Saint Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury.
