Dear John and Family and all the Hayes family, I was so heartbroken to hear of Patsy's passing. I have many fond and funny memories of when we worked together. Our lunch hour(s) spent shopping at TJ's is one of many. I can hear her laugh and see her smile. She was the only person to ever call me "Rosie" and I loved it. She was the best and they'll always be a place in my heart for her. I was unable to attend her wake and funeral, and just watched it. What a beautiful tribute to her. You are such a close, loving family. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers always. May you rest in peace my sweet friend. Roseann Schiffmann Kranzley
