Patricia “Pat” (Cameron) Button of Quincy, formerly of the Mission Hill neighborhood in Roxbury, and Manomet passed away peacefully in her home with her confidant caregiver and daughter Tricia by her side.

Pat is survived by her children Peg and Dave Sullivan, Paul and Barbara Button, Cathi and Gary West, Tricia and Billy Ryan, Kenneth and Katie Button, Kerri and David Ward, Coreen Marks and her brother Leo. Pat was a grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother to many.

Pat enjoyed many summers on Manomet Beach before moving there, full time in 1973. Pat was a professional mom, but also along the way was a telephone operator, certified nursing assistant, and waitress. Pat also spent a decade volunteering at Quincy Medical Center where she made some great friends. These final few years have been a challenge for Pat, but she looked forward to weekly phone calls with her brother Leo and son-in-law David (as long as, it wasn’t during General Hospital). We will miss you, Mommy.

No public service or memorial will be held.
