Ocie Carter, 77, was called to her eternal resting place on February 17, 2022.

Loving mother of Cynthia Carter, the late Augusta Carter and Mark Perkins. She is also survived by a host of grandchildren and other relatives who will miss her dearly.

Visitation will be held at the Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington Street, DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS on Friday March 4th from 10-11am. The Funeral Service will begin at 11am. Interment at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
