Lorraine Badgett-Queen departed this life on Wednesday, February 4, 2021. She was born on October 4, 1946 in Bridgeport Connecticut.
She was the daughter of the late Richard & Viola (Brown) Badgett and the granddaughter of William & Inez Kiser and Joseph & Mary Badgett. Lorraine worked there until her retirement.
Lorraine visited Fruitful Harvest Evangelistic Center of Hope and it was there that she gave her life to Christ. She was baptized and began her journey to a new life in the service of God. Lorraine had a beautiful spirit, a spirit of love and giving! She loved working with the sick, the homeless and the people who were in need. She poured her money and her heart out to those in need! “Missionary Queen”, as she was called, had numerous good qualities. She took her job as a Missionary very serious. She was a qualified and anointed speaker at Missionary Conferences in and around Boston.
From 2012 – 2014, Lorraine attended Ezra Institute of Apologetics under Pastor Louis LaGatta and received a certificate for each year for completing her Spiritual studies and all assignments related to the Apologetics course.
She was also a member of R.I.M.A. Tres Dias, where she served as a speaker, Table Leader and “Rector” at their Women’s Retreats in Freetown, MA and in Putnam, Connecticut.
