Leslie Satkevich, 73 of Quincy, passed away at home on August 9, 2024 surrounded by family after a long
and hard fought battle with cancer.

Leslie was born in Montreal, Canada where she spent most of her childhood before moving and settling in Massachusetts. Leslie was a devoted nurse for 42 years working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Boston City Hospital. Leslie loved to laugh and have fun, the last to leave every party; her legacy will live on in all of us.

Leslie always stressed the importance of family, being a beloved wife to Thomas J. Satkevich, and loving
mother to Thomas A. Satkevich and wife Amy Satkevich, Sarah A. Grafton and husband David Grafton, Amy E. Satkevich and wife Kerrie Souza, and Lisa L. Zion and husband Thomas Zion. Leslie held a huge place in her heart for her 9 grandchildren; Tommy, Mila, Matthew, Sloane, Shawn, Julia, Cullen, Cooper, Mackenzie, who all adored her. She is survived by an older brother Bruce and wife Bonnie who still reside in Canada, as well as many friends who were more like family.

We will cherish and protect all our memories. All who knew her, loved her. She will be always remembered and forever missed.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Avenue, EAST MILTON SQUARE
on Friday, August 23rd at 10AM. Relatives and friends invited.
