I knew Kathleen through her volunteer work at BID-Milton Hospital's gift shop. She was a warm person with a big heart and kind smile. Staff and patients came in to the shop to chat with her and left feeling better than when they arrived and often with a greeting card, candy bar or gift for a loved one. We appreciated her so much and send our deepest condolences to her family. Janet Evans
