Condolences

  • September 12, 2024

We are very saddened to have heard of John's passing. Our condolences to the entire Falvey family & all of John's friends & teammates. He will always be with us in our hearts & minds. We share in your loss. John was our leader, Quarterback, & team Captain for the Dorchester Knickerbockers Football Team in the old Boston Park League. He led us to win the City League Championship in 1969. John was fearless, & quick afoot with great instincts for completing successful plays in both the running and passing phases of our offense. Though not as big and tall as other quarterbacks, he had special talents that allowed him to navigate successfully through a sea of Giants. John was a natural leader and a really, really GREAT & FUN GUY. God bless John & his family, today & always. Richard "Jose" Cammarata & John "Jake" Dailey & " The Knicks " Mike May , Tom Tolson, Jim Conley, John Callahan & Norm Clapp.
