Obituary for Jo-Ann Saunders

Jo-Ann Saunders of Hyde Park, passed away on December 25, 2022. She was 53 years old.

Devoted mother of Nicole, Kimberly and Adam Saunders all of Hyde Park. Loving daughter of Betty Blaides. Sister of Anthony Blaides of Georgia, David Blaides of Boston, and Susan Dickson of Trinidad and Tobago. Cherished Grammie of Neo Saunders. Jo-Ann is also lovingly survived by many close family and friends. Jo-Ann was born and raised in Boston. She was a dedicated employee of Blue Cross-Blue Shield, where she worked as in IVF Coordinator for many years. Jo-Ann enjoyed cooking, decorating, hosting holidays, movies and shopping. She loved trips to the beach and spending time with her family. Jo-Ann had a special devotion to her children who were the cornerstone of her life. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have known and loved her.

Visiting hours will be on Wednesday 4-7 PM in the Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington Street, Dorchester Lower Mills.
