His Birth: On July 6, 1984, God blessed the world with the precious gift of Jeremiah Cecil Lowe, born in Boston, Massachusetts, to the loving embrace of his devoted parents, Catherine Harris and the late Cecil Lowe. From the very beginning, his life was part of God's divine plan-a treasured blessing entrusted to a family who welcomed him with love, joy, and hope. Though his earthly journey would unfold in ways known only to God, Jeremiah's arrival was a beautiful reminder that every child is fearfully and wonderfully made, created with purpose, and wrapped in the unfailing love and grace of our Heavenly Father.

The Early Years: Jeremiah grew up in the Roxbury neighborhood, living in Warren Gardens until the age of 7 years old. He then relocated to Brookline, MA where he lived until his untimely death. Jeremiah went to Devotion Elementary School, then graduated from Brookline High School. After high school Jeremiah decided he wanted to attend an HBCU (Historically Black College or University), where he set his goals on Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, GA.

What can we say about Jeremiah: He was a beloved father, son, brother, and friend whose life was a testament to love, laughter, and unwavering devotion to those he cared about. Jeremiah loved scripture and was raised in church attending Grant AME where he was part of the youth choir, usher board and the YPD (Young People and Children's Division). Jeremiah was a man of many talents and passions. A devoted sports enthusiast, he was especially passionate about baseball and could always be counted on to cheer for his favorite teams. He also had a deep appreciation for classic music. Some of his favorite artists included James Brown, Al Green, and Mahalia Jackson, whose timeless songs brought him joy and reflected his love for old-school soul and gospel. Another passion he had was for cooking soul food and seafood.

Memory: Those who knew Jeremiah will remember his infectious sense of humor and the laughter he brought into every room. He was truly the comedian of the family, always ready with a joke, a smile, or a story that could brighten anyone's day. His warmth, kindness, and ability to make others laugh will forever be treasured, leaving behind a legacy of cherished memories and a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Family: Jeremiah was met at the gates by his late father Cecil Lowe, sister LaRussia Harris, and God Mother Norma Hargrove. Jeremiah leaves to cherish his memory two beloved children, Ryan Flemming and Jayanna Lowe; his loving mother, Catherine Harris; his sisters, Ayanna Harris, Deborah Lowe, Patrice Delvridge, and Tiana Lowe Guilford; his brothers, James Harris, Johnny Lowe, Cecil Lowe, Hemoc Xelup Lowe and Kenneth Williams; and his girlfriend Shari Ellen Laurent, along with a host of nieces and nephews; and many other loving relatives and dear friends. He will be deeply missed by all whose lives were enriched by his unwavering love, support, joyful spirit, and unforgettable sense of humor. His love, laughter, and the memories he created with those closest to him will be cherished forever.

Final Thoughts: Though Jeremiah's earthly journey has ended, his love, laughter, and spirit will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Visitation will be held at the Grant A.M.E. Church, 1906 Washington Street, BOSTON, on Tuesday, July 21st. from 10-11AM. Funeral Service to begin at 11AM. Interment at Oak Lawn Cemetery. Relatives and friends invited.
