James Louis Carter, Jr., 73 of Hyde Park, died on August 12, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was born to the late Louise (Macklin) & James Carter, Sr. on December 2, 1952, in Saginaw, Michigan.

Beloved husband, father, and brother. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.

Visitation will be held at the Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington Street, DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS on Wednesday, August 26th from 10 - 11AM. Funeral Service to begin at 11AM. Interment at Fairview Cemetery. Relatives and friends invited.
