Herman Morgan passed away on August 25, 2022. He was born to Betty Smith & Herman Bell Morgan on February 19, 1953 in Norfolk, Virginia. Beloved companion, stepfather and brother. He is also survived by a loving host of extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held at the Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington Street, DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS on Saturday, September 10th. from 2-3 PM. Funeral Service to begin at 3PM. Interment is private.
