In Loving Memory of Henry Lee Warren, Jr.
April 14, 1994 – September 8, 2025
Henry Lee Warren, Jr., affectionately known as “Hank,” was born on April 14, 1994, in Boston, Massachusetts, to Deidre Sligh and Henry Warren, Sr. On September 8, 2025, at the age of 31, Hank passed away peacefully in Boston, surrounded by the love of his family and friends.
Hank was a gentle soul with an easygoing nature and a quiet strength. Though a man of few words, his radiant smile and sharp sense of humor spoke volumes, leaving lasting impressions on everyone he met. His warmth and authenticity were undeniable, and his presence brought comfort and joy to those around him.
A devoted son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend, Hank especially cherished spending time with his beloved nephew, Justin. His love for his family was unwavering, and he found joy in life’s simple pleasures—listening to rap music, playing video games, watching sports, and collecting the latest sneakers.
Hank spent most of his high school years at Hingham High School before graduating from Notre Dame Education Center located in South Boston. In his youth, he enjoyed playing basketball and was proud to be a part of the Pop Warner football league—activities that reflected his love for teamwork and community.
Though his journey on earth has come to an end, Hank’s light continues to shine brightly in the lives of those he touched. His kindhearted spirit, unforgettable smile, and quiet strength will live on in our hearts forever.
Hank is survived by parents, Deidre Sligh and Henry Warren, Sr. grandmother, Renonia Warren: sister, Shalia Warren: brothers, Hassan Warren and Hamiel Warren: He also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, God parents and friends who loved him dearly. He is preceded in death by his sister, Carolyn Warren, grandmother, Carolyn Sligh and great grandmother, Frances Sligh.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, September 15th at the Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Avenue, EAST MILTON SQUARE at 11:30 am. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, HYDE PARK. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 15th at Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Avenue, EAST MILTON SQUARE from 10:30 am - 11:30 am prior to the service.
