Obituary for Georgianna Deloris Demitri

DEMITRI - Georgianna D. “Georgie”, age 77 of Milton, passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday, November 19, 2023.

Loving daughter of the late Simon and Fontina (Sotir) Demitri.

Long standing member of Holy Trinity Albanian Orthodox Church, serving on the Holy Trinity Treasurer Committee, member of the church choir, and organizing many functions at the church, including Palm Sunday luncheons.

Georgianna enjoyed many roads of life, spending time with her nieces and nephews, trips with her girlfriends around the states, Europe and Aruba.

Survived by her beloved cat Valentino, close cousin Dennis Sotir and his wife June, God-daughter Nicole Runyon, nephew-in-law Cabby Brini and his two sons Niko and Enzo, many other cherished cousins, aunts, uncles and longtime friends.

Funeral service will be held Monday, November 27th at St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church, 119 Common St., BRAINTREE at 11:00 am. Interment in Milton Cemetery, MILTON. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Visitation will be held Monday, November 27th at St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church from 10:00 - 11:00 am prior to the service.
