It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Georgia Carol Hall, age 76, of Malden, who left us peacefully on September 3, 2025. Georgia was a source of love and strength for all who knew her.

Georgia is survived by her beloved sister, Judy Segalla and her husband Michael of Whitman, as well as her cherished godchildren, Terri Gauthier and Norman Francis Rogers, Jr. She leaves behind a network of devoted friends, particularly her dear friend, Michael Gauthier, who will miss her warmth and kindness dearly. Georgia was predeceased by her mother, Barbara (Banfill) Hall, and her sister, Sharon Marie Hall.

A kind-hearted caregiver, a dedicated dog lover, and an enthusiastic volunteer, Georgia found purpose in nurturing those around her. Following the loss of their mother, she stepped in to support her younger sisters with unwavering love and devotion. Her commitment to her “fur babies” brought her immense joy, and her work at the Vista, the Dorchester/Roxbury Food Co-op showcased her passion for community service.

Funeral Services will be held at Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Avenue, EAST MILTON SQUARE, Friday September 12th at 12:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to gather for a visiting hour prior to the service from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Interment Cedar Grove Cemetery.

In loving remembrance of Georgia, her family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the ASPCA, PO Box 96929, Washington, DC 20090-6929, honoring her love for animals and her compassionate spirit.

Georgia will be profoundly missed, but her legacy of kindness, love, and service will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
