Everold L. Malcolm of Dorchester, MA passed away peacefully on January 9, 2022 at Sherrill House Rehab & Nursing Facility. Everold (better known as Lloyd) was born on November 1, 1949 in Jamaica, West Indies. He immigrated to Brookline in 1980 where he raised his family, which included his daughters and ex-wife. Lloyd lived his life to the fullest, he loved being with his friends and family, entertaining, working hard and playing hard. He was the life of every party, one could say that he always brought the party to the party. He was an avid lover of music, great dancer and loved to watch basketball. Lloyd had an infectious laugh and a very mischievous spirit. His hearty laugh could be heard at times from quite far away. Though he came from very humble beginnings, he did his best to provide for his family in order for them to be better and do better. To his friends he was always willing to lend a hand when in need as best as he could. If you needed help that he could not provide, he always knew a man who knew a man that could help. He is survived by his daughters Althea Malcolm, Andrea Malcolm, Michelle Wright, granddaughter Aleena Malcolm, grandsons Anthony Wright, Wesley Beaumont Jr., Andre Beaumont, Malcolm Wright, and Morgan Wright.

Lloyd may not have been a giant in size to many, but his personality, voice, and attitude commanded the attention of everyone when he walked in any room. He will be missed for his great humor and his animated story telling by not only his family, but also his many friends and colleagues.
