Elaine Camelia Harvey died on June 8, 2024. She was born to the late Hyacinth Harvey and Clairmont Forde in Christ Church, Barbados on September 18, 1949.

Beloved mother of Rhonda Best, Carlos Harvey, Quinta Francis-Perry, and Kevin Harvey. Devoted grandmother of Kenville Mercury, Nigel Best, Jr., Micah Francis-Perry, Maximilen Harvey, Leah Fortes, Taki Harvey, Carleigh-Ann Harvey, Brooke Harvey and great-grandchildren Kayla & Amayra. She is also survived by her brother Stephen Elcock and other siblings in the U.K. and a loving host of extended relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her daughters: Sally-Ann Yearwood & Carolyn Fortes, siblings: Maria Harvey, Gloria Mason, Dorothy Harvey, Jameison Harvey and David Elcock.

Visitation will be held at the Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington Street, DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS on Friday, June 21st from 1-2PM. Funeral Service to begin at 2PM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment Private
