Beatrice A. Lancto, of Dorchester died on May 18, 2021. She was 93 years old.

Beloved wife of the late Robert Lancto. Loving mother of Denise Batts and her husband Bill of Holbrook. Sister of the late Andrew (Henry) Pedone, Leo Pedone, Mary Connor, Joseph Pedone, John Pedone, Richard Pedone, Jr., James Pedone and Catherine Poland.

Beatrice enjoyed bowling, watching Red Sox and was a very active member at the Calvery Baptist Church. She was a longtime employee at the Carney Hospital in the house keeping department. Most of all Beatrice enjoyed spending time with her daughter Denise who was her primary caregiver. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have known and loved her.

Funeral service at Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington Street, DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS, Monday May 24, 2021 at 10:00AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours at the funeral home Sunday 3-7PM. Interment in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.
