Barry lived life with an infectious joy and had a successful career in flooring as owner of J&W Capet II. Barry was a passionate collector of coins and watches as well as memorabilia of his beloved Boston sports teams.

His sudden departure leaves a void that can never be filled, and he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Barry is survived by his loving spouse Maricruz Jones, his mother Shirley (Jones) Delibero, his brother Derek Jones, his stepsons Roberto, Raul and Javier Garcia, his aunt Louise Ramos, his uncle Irving Merrilles, his niece Stephanie Jones, his nephew Derek Jones, Jr and numerous cousins.

My condolences to Barry's Mother and family. I did not know Barry that well but I do remember his Mother Shirley who is a great lady. We became acquainted when our sons were in the same graduation class and I worked at the bank across the street. My heart goes out to her 🙏

Barry, the best of friends, the "mayor" of San Francisco, known and loved by everyone who met him. One of my favorite memories was getting tickets from Shirley to the Super Bowl in San Diego and Barry insisting we drive instead of fly with the promise to share the driving with me. Needless to say, I drove the whole way while Barry was sound asleep next to me.
