Antonio “Tony” Houston Sr. was born on July 9, 1971, to Brenda Houston and Roger Phillips Sr. in Boston, MA. Tony was a cute little boy who loved playing with his friends in Chocolate City, where he grew up.

He enjoyed playing kickball and riding bikes through the neighborhood. Tony also enjoyed his family, when all the grandkids came to stay with Madea and Grand-daddy. He would spend hours in the basement playing and listening to music.

Tony received his education within Boston Public Schools and later attended Job Corps, where he got his GED. In the late 80s, he worked various jobs throughout Boston.

Tony loved to travel and ride his moped, and had a great sense of humor. He made you laugh and even got you to crack a smile, only to match his. He was loving, caring and passionate, especially about his family. Tony loved all of his children dearly. He would express his love by consistently checking on them. He always wanted to make sure that all of them knew one another. His children made a promise to their father before his transition to stay in touch with each other. Tony passed on all of his good looks to his children leaving his legacy behind, he will truly be missed by all.

Tony a.k.a. Pretty Tony, loves the ladies and they love him back. You knew Tony loved you when he would cook his famous noodles or mac and cheese with hotdogs.

Antonio Houston Sr. is preceded in death by his father Roger Phillipos Sr. He leaves to celebrate his life, his mother Brenda, his children Jada, Antonio Jr, Devine, Jashawn (Makisha), Asia, Tevonte, and Dakari Houston. His sister Felicia Houston, brothers Roger Phillips Jr., and Andre Houston. His grand-daughters London Williams- Houston and Zurina Owens- Houston and a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be held at the Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Avenue, EAST MILTON SQUARE on Saturday, March 11th from 2:30-3:30PM. Funeral Service to begin at 3:30PM. Interment private
