Alice (Bryan) Williams departed this world on October 6, 2023.

Alice was born on September 22, 1925 to Cyril and Mary Bryan in Boston, Massachusetts. Alice was the second of their 7 children; Elizabeth "Lizzy" Bryan, Charles "Chick" Bryan, Hazel Savory, James Bryan, Doris Bryan, and Fredrick Bryan. Alice was a lifelong Bostonian and received her education through the Boston Public School System.

Alice gave birth to 5 beautiful children: Denise "DeeDee", Jacquline "Chickie", Tracey, Curtis and Kimberley. In 1961, she married the love of her life, Thomas Williams. While married to Thomas, Alice was a stay at home mom until 1978, where she worked as a Dietary Aide at the Sheraton Boston Hotel until 1990. After retiring from the Sheraton Boston Hotel, she became a fulltime loving grandmother.

Alice was strong, charismatic, loving, honest and funny; she passed these traits down to her children, and their children’s children.

As a thyroid and breast cancer survivor, Alice was a perfect example of what true strength and courage looked like.

She especially liked to “go down the road” (go to the casino) with her late friend, Sue, and her children, and grandchildren. Up until her passing at 98 years old, she was still trying to go down the road. She also loved to knit, crochet, and was an expert at growing plants. Additionally, she was a true sports fan and loved to watch the Red Sox, the Celtics, and the Patriots.

Alice is preceded in death by her parents, her siblings: Elizabeth "Lizzy", Charles "Chick", Hazel, James, and Fredrick. Also, her husband Thomas, her daughter Jacquline, her granddaughter Monèt, and her great granddaughter Natya.
