Suzanne "Sue" English formerly of Milton died April 17, 2025, age 88.

Born in Brockton to the late William J. Weeks, Sr. and Ethel E. Weeks. Beloved wife of the late John P. English, Sr.. Loving mother of Nancy M. Fitzgerald and her husband Brian J., John P. English, Jr. and his wife Patty and the late Michael Patrick English and Brenda Jean English-Yovicsin. Sister of William J. Weeks Jr. and Gerald D. Weeks, and the late Richard W. Weeks. Also survived by nine grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Sue graduated from Randolph High School and Children's Hospital of Boston Nursing School. In addition to being an excellent homemaker, she worked as a nurse at Children's Hospital of Boston, Carney Hospital and the Roslindale Health Clinic. Sue loved to spend time reading, going on cruises, summering at the beach, trying out new recipes and spending time with her family. As matriarch of the English clan her love and presence with be greatly missed. Her grandchildren who called her Grandy, have a wonderful example of what is means to be dedicated to your family.
