Mrs. Roseaman Amanda Headly went to be with the Lord on December 24, 2021.

She was the wife of the late Santiago Downer. She was the beloved mother of Silvia Lynch and Patricia Downer of Massachusetts, Maida Downer of Costa Rica, Fernando Narcisso of California and to the late Evelyn Ramirez and Martin Downer. Mother-in- law to Sandra Narcisso and Antonio Ramirez and to the late Frank Lynch and Lemay Reid. Devoted grandmother to Hernan, Myrna, Antonio, Sheila, Gary, Deikel, Roger, Xianie, Virna, Jensie, Tricia, Christian, Jonathan, Nailah, Fernandito and to the late Gabino. She was a great- grandmother of twenty-eight, and the great-great grandmother of three and she was an aunt to a host of nieces and nephews.

Roseaman was born in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica. She migrated to the United States in July 1967 where she worked as a caretaker until she retired.

Roseaman enjoyed spending time with her family in Brooklyn especially for her annual birthday parties, sharing her birthday month with her daughter Patricia. Roseaman was member of Saint Matthews Catholic Church in Brooklyn, NY and enjoyed weekly service when she was able to attend with her sister Hortensia and her niece Urnoa. Her family and faith were the most important aspects of her life.

Family and friends are invited to attend visitation on Friday January 7, 2022 10-11am and service at 11AM at Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington Street, DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS. Interment at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester, MA immediately following the funeral service.
