Obituary for Rose Marie Cooper

Rose Cooper was born on September 10, 1959, to the late Ricard and Marie Offutt. Rose was married to Joseph Cooper from their union had 4 beautiful children: Latoya, Hakeem, Isaiah and Joseph. Rose was blessed to have grandchildren Lakeitha, Kenneth, Tyree, Anton, Rosiah, Jai-Jawan, Lil Isaiah, Asia, and Emoni and greatgrandchildren Sofia, Giovanni, Kei’miria.

Rose will deeply be missed by all her family and friends.
