It is with great sadness that the family and friends of Rosalind Faye Smith announces her passing after a brief illness, on Sunday May 30, 2021, at the age of 43 years old.

Rosalind will be lovingly remembered by her parents Roland and Marilyn Smith, her siblings Michael Smith, Tamara Smith and Nicole Smith. Rosalind will also be remembered by her Nieces Asia Smith-Morales and her husband David Morales, Katlyn Smith and Isis Turner, and Nephew Tyre C. Smith that she loved dearly. Rosalind will also be forever remembered by her numerous extended family and dear friends.

Rosalind was born on April 18, 1978 in Boston, MA. As a native of Boston she graduated from UMASS Boston and went on to obtain a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Cambridge College. Rosalind worked very hard to accomplish her dreams of being a home owner, running non-profit organizations to help empower and motive those in her community. She was a powerful inspiration to her friends and family. Her faith was also very important to her. She believed in the power of Jesus Christ. He was and is her Lord and Savior. We know that she is now in his arms resting peacefully in heaven. She will be dearly missed.

Visiting Hours Sunday, June 6, 2021, in the Dolan Funeral Home 1140 Washington Street, DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS, 2-6 pm. Funeral Services Monday June 7, 2021, at 11 am in Dolan Funeral Home. Interment Oak Lawn Cemetery.
