Robert “Bob” Walker of Dorchester died on November 19, 2021 after a brief illness. He was 59 years old.

Beloved husband of Maurice “Henri” Langlais of Dorchester. Son of William and Barbara Walker, Bob is also lovingly survived by their 2 dogs, Wyatt and Tucker, and by many extended family and close friends.

Bob was a well-respected software developer for many years. He generously dedicated his time, expertise and money to many nonprofit organizations in support of the LGBTQ community, most notably the Harbor to the Bay Bike Ride, which he helped create and support for almost 20 years, raising more than 6 million dollars for AIDS service organizations in Massachusetts.

He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have known him.
