Ralph was born on March 26, 1970 in Boston, Massachusetts to the late Ralph James Boggs, II and Wynola (Epps). He was a resident of Boston where he attended Thompson Middle School and Hyde Park High School. At a young age he developed a love for motorcycles and cars which encouraged him to educate himself and make this his hobby. He was known for his charismatic personality that filled the room when he entered it. Whether he just met you or had known you for years, you were going to receive his expression of family love with a warm welcoming hug.

He openly expressed how much family meant to him. He was a loving father and will be missed by his children: Resmond, Ranaya, Antonio, Shanaya and London. He was preceded in death by his son Ralph James Boggs, IV. He is survived by and will be greatly missed by his mother Wynola Boggs, sisters Sharon Epps, Darlene Boggs and Valeria Boggs, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a multitude of extended family and friends. All will cherish the memories of the loving, loyal commitment he gave to each one individually along with his keen sense of fashion he always displayed and the infectious laugh that warmed hearts.
