Paul Randolph Barkon of Dorchester, MA passed away on May 26, 2023, at the age of 77.

Paul was born in Ghana on August 26, 1945. Paul was pre-deceased by his parents, Randolph Barkon and Esi Dorue Randolph (Tokelar), both of Liberia and his siblings Randolph Barkon, Vaghn Randolph, Willeyer Randolph and Monah Randolph.

Paul is survived by his sisters, Mazoe, Esi and Thien, his daughter, Felicia Barkon Harr and his grandchildren, Marley M. Levy and Malcolm X. Barkon, his niece, Ajoah Barkon, his cousin, Zora Scott and other family members.

Paul was the husband of the late Evangeline (Stewart) Barkon.

Paul worked at Harvard Medical School as the maintenance supervisor for over 37 years.

Paul enjoyed Haymarket, good friends and being fashionably dressed.

Funeral Services Saturday, June 24, 2023, in the Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington Street, DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS, MA 02124 at 10 o’clock. Visitation 9:30 – 10:00 am. Interment Forest Hills Cemetery.
