Paul L. Owens, 51, of Connecticut, beloved husband of Lynnette Owens, entered into eternal rest on January 28, 2021, at his home surrounded by family.

Paul was born in Boston, MA. He was the son of Paulette Windett, lived in Dorchester, MA for most of his life with his grandmother Virginia Owens, and great-grandmother Virginia “Nani” Owens, before moving to Connecticut.

Paul worked at Diesel Direct doing what he loved for many years, driving trucks. He worked his way up to being the General Manager of the Connecticut branch. He took pride in his work and enjoyed making his own money. He was not selfish, if he had it, you had it, especially, his family and friends.

Paul enjoyed sharing his latter days with his wife, Lynnette to whom he gave his heart. Lynette took care of Paul unselfishly until his passing.

Death may have claimed Paul’s body, but his memory will always remain with us. His legacy will continue through his loving wife, Lynnette Owens; his loving mother Paulette (Colin) Windett; his children, Dana Owens, Paul Owens, Jr., and Jazmin Owens; his grandchildren, Dana Jr., Daymien, and Julian; his step children, Rene Ramos, Natalie Ramos, and David Ramos; his siblings, Shareena Walton, Colin (Tieshia) Walton, and Carlissa Windett; his uncles, James Jordan, Thomas Wiggins Jr., George Wiggins, Darrell Wiggins, Brian Wiggins; his aunts, Diane Jordan, Margaret Goodman, and Marion Riddick; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
