Max “Maxo” Nelson, age 64, died January 23, 2021 at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care in Milton, MA due to many complications following his 1st major stroke in January 2020.

Maxo was born February 22, 1956, he was the beloved husband of Marie Edith St. Gourdin-Nelson. A man born to love, worked very hard to support his family. Leaving his love with son, Max St. Gourdin-Nelson, daughter, Shara Nelson, and his stepchildren, Myrlande Moïse, Smay Moïse, Gilbert Moïse, Jean Eddy Moïse, and Sacha Moïse. Maxo was a cab driver who lived every moment of his life with “no worries” and all the smiles to support anyone who needed peace that only he could share. Brother of Walter Nelson, Marilyn Nelson, Ronald Nelson and the late Raymond Nelson, he knew exactly how to light a room with joy and laughs.
