I had to honor of being an extended member of Ms. Mattie's family. My fondest memory will always be her calling me " Sneaka" and my daughter, her great-granddaughter Cheli.... Rest Peacefully Ms. Mattie. Love, Cheneka

Losing a mother is one of the deepest sorrows a heart can know. But her goodness, her caring, and her wisdom live on-like a legacy of love that will always be with you. May that love surround you now and bring you peace. Mothers hold their children's and grandchildren's hands for a while, but in their hearts forever. Today may God give you strength during this difficult time and his peace that passes all understanding with his grace and mercy. With our heartfelt love and prayers. The Jackson and Hillaire Family
