Joyce Kelley died peacefully on November 24, 2022 surrounded with love. She was born to Alice Andrew & Chester Buchan on June 17, 1932 in Swampscott, Massachusetts. Beloved mother of Elena Kelley, Diane Dunleavy and her husband Jerome, and Stephen Kelley. Devoted grandmother of Scott Smith & Keith Kelley. She is also survived by a loving host of extended family & friends. She was predeceased by her children; Linda Smith, David Smith and Albert โ€œBuzzyโ€ Kelley.
