John Sapp, Jr. of Dorchester died on June 20, 2021. He was 77 Years old.

Beloved husband of Shirlene Sapp of Dorchester. Loving father of John T. Sapp III, Derrick L. Sapp, Jermaine Cox, Melissa Brown, Melinda Brown, Monique Brown and Dominique Brown all of Dorchester. Brother of the late Ruby Sapp. Cherished grandfather of 5 grandchildren.

John was a dedicated nurse at Boston University Medical center for 43 years before retiring. He enjoyed watching sports and spending time with his family and good friends. He will be Missed by all those who had the pleasure to have known and loved him.

Visiting hour will be Friday, July 2, 2021 10-11 AM Deliverance Church of God, 424 Washington Street, Dorchester. Funeral Service will follow at 11 AM. Interment in St. Michael Cemetery, Boston.
