Obituary for Joan M. Ryan

Ryan, Joan M., of Milton, MA, formerly of Dorchester, MA, February 20, 2023. Beloved daughter of Katherine (Lynch) Ryan, Albert J. Ryan, and Margaret (Riley) Ryan. Survived by a friend of over 60 years, Mary C. Fitzpatrick, and several cousins. Joan was a Vice President of the Union Warren Savings Bank and later the Manager of a dermatology practice in Milton, MA Joan has been active at Saint Gregory’s Parish and served as an Extraordinary Minister of Communion, a service she held dear to her heart. She also served as a volunteer for several years at Saint Gregory’s School. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Gregory Church, 2223 Dorchester Ave., Dorchester on Friday February 24 at 10:00 AM. Family and friends invited. A visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 – 10:00 AM. Interment Holyhood Cemetery, Brookline, MA.
