Mrs. Dominique Entzminger (Née Jean-Claude) passed on Friday July 22, 2022 at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital of Harvard Medical School, at the age of 61. She was the daughter of the late Mrs. Anastasie Aubourg Jean-Claude and Mr. Alfred Jean-Claude.

She was predeceased by her husband Mr. Esau Entzminger.

Mrs. Entzminger was a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) who passionately practiced medicine for 18 years at the Codman Square Health Center (Boston). Her career in the health care sector started at the Shattuck hospital (Jamaica Plain, MA) where she worked for 15 years as a medical technologist prior to obtaining her degree as a Physician Assistant (Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences).

She was the founder of the Anastasie Aubourg Foundation. The mission of the foundation is to improve the health and education of people in need or in crisis in the Haitian community, mainly in the les Anglais area. Under her leadership, the work of the Foundation in Haiti has touched the lives of many.

She is survived by four brothers, nine nieces and nephews, a grandniece and many cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 1540 Blue Hill Avenue, Mattapan, MA 02126, Saurday, August 6, 2022 at 10 o’clock. Visiting Hours Saturday 9-10 am at the Church and Friday, August 5, 2022 at the Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington Street, DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS, 5-8 pm. Interment Forest Hills Cemetery, Boston.

The family is requesting the masks be worn when attending the wake and funeral.
