Carmen Seraphin passed away on December 27, 2022.

Beloved mother of Solange Loiseau, the late Monique Toussaint, Micheline Rolley and her husband William, Carmel Loiseau and Mirlande Louiseau. She also leaves behind 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Our lady of Mount Carmel Church on Saturday, January 7th from 9-10am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the church at 10am. Interment at Oak Lawn Cemetery
