Allentz Michel, 71, of Holbrook, MA transitioned on September 30, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. Fondly known as Dady; Allentz was born to Edner Michel and Eugenie (Jacques) Michel on February 29, 1952, in Port Au Prince, Haiti.

A lab chemist and mathematician, Allentz’s education credentials were denied by the US government, and he started over in MA from Haiti with his family in Boston. He worked many jobs to provide for his family ultimately retiring from Boston Public Schools as a Bus Driver.

Dady loved spending time with family and friends. He always had a joke or funny anecdote to make people laugh.

Allentz is survived by his wife Andrelita Michel, and daughters, Eugenie Michel, Allentza Michel and Sabina Michel. He is also survived by his sisters Myrtha Michel, Wilhelmine Baptiste, Etania Ducoste, Yalillèe Michel and brothers Ewolf Michel, Ricardo and Edner Michel Junior. He joins his deceased parents along with his brother Frantz Michel.

Visitation will be held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, 1548 Blue Hill Avenue, MATTAPAN on Saturday, October 21st from 9-10:30AM. Funeral Mass to begin at 10:30AM. Interment at Oak Lawn Cemetery. Relatives and friends invited.
