Alexis Espinal graced this earth on December 6, 1988. Born in New York City to Angela Piña and Feliz Espinal, Alexis was a beam of light that shined in every space he entered. Alexis left the physical world the morning of February 3rd, 2021.

As a teenager he attended Franklin K. Lane High School in Brooklyn, New York. He then moved with his family to Boston, MA where he attended Madison Park High School in Roxbury, MA and enjoyed playing basketball and sharing his love and light with his community. After high school graduation, Alex matriculated at Mass Bay Community College where he played basketball and fulfilled a dream to play at a collegiate level.

Alexis was deeply and dearly loved by his family and community of close friends. He was the type of soul whose light was infectious. If you were around him, he made sure your light shined just as brightly as his own. Alexis was abundantly selfless, exceptionally brilliant, equally fearless and talented. There was nothing too challenging for Alexis as he tackled each adversity he faced with ease.

He enjoyed traveling, playing basketball, spending time with his family and pursuing financial success. Alexis is survived by his parents, Angela Piña and Feliz Espinal, his brothers Kenny Manuel Marte and Felix Manuel Espinal, his beloved children Kailey Alexis Espinal and Harvey Aidan Espinal as well as a host of relatives and close friends.
