Obituary for Aleida F Miranda
On December 27, 2024, we lost our beloved Aleida Fidalgo Miranda, at the age of 47.
Anyone who knew Aleida knew the joy and love that she brought into the lives of so many people whose lives she touched. Her radiant smile brightened up every room she entered while her contagious laughter left a beautiful imprint on your heart that will resonate in us forever. Aleida believed in the gift of giving for she knew that it was more of a blessing to give than to receive. Aleidaโs generosity knew no bounds. Aleida was a loving daughter, sister, friend and a beautiful soul who would help anyone. She was that favorite aunt who loved her niece and nephew fiercely. โFamily is Everything.โ That was her motto. Aleida had a great sense of pride when it came to her family. They were her heart and soul and the center of her world and during her illness Aleida knew that it was her familyโs love and prayers that would be her strength. As a woman of great faith she would often say, โI have left it in the Lordโs hands.โ And so she did.
Aleida was veracious, perceptive and wise beyond her years. For that reason she was always forthright and honest, especially with her family and friends. And this unique quality is what people admired, respected and adored about her. Aleida loved to read books and was captivated by books of all types of genres. She was also a planner and she took pride in researching and helping her cousins and friends in planning trips and finding new recipes, to the point that she would inundate you with texts and emails with various options and ideas. Aleida enjoyed going to brunch, trying new restaurants and traveling. She was ambitious, hard working and had a flare for life.
Aleida is survived by her mother Sabina Fidalgo, brother Anildo Miranda, sister in law, Maria Spinola, niece and nephew, Brie and Jonah Miranda and her father Manuel Miranda, along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Although Aleida is gone, her love of life, her strength and perseverance and the love that she encompassed for each and every one of us will give us the courage to move forward despite this void that we feel. We will always cherish the immense joy she brought to our lives. She will never be forgotten and her memory will live in our hearts forever. Rest in eternal peace with the Lord, we Love you!
